    "被迫等待"是消费者最主要的抱怨

    服务品质低落,有很大部分是因为提供服务的人员,希望能够更有效地利用他们的时间。
    这却让顾客抱怨,服务品质的低落“浪费了我们的时间”。《华尔街日报》针对“美国人的
    购买方式”所进行的调查,也得到相同结果。不管是“我们在银行柜台前大排长队等待,
    其他服务柜台或出纳柜台,却硬是不开放”、“特别待在家里等送货员,等了一整天,却不
    见身影”或是任何其他不愉快的经验,“被迫等待”正式消费者最主要的抱怨。
